Grants Program

The PMS Athletics Boosters Grants Program exists to make sure no team goes without what it needs. Whether it is new uniforms, equipment, or materials for practice, we want to help.

How to Apply

Applicants should use Pleasanton Middle School Athletics Booster Grant Application

The application deadline is September 30, 2026 for Fall sports.

The Boosters board will invite another round of applications in January 2027 for Winter & Spring sports.

What Grants Cover

A grants program open to coaches, parents, and students for sports-related needs
Uniforms and equipment for Panther teams
Team gatherings to build connection and celebrate our athletes
Coach appreciation and recognition

Grant Terms and Conditions

All Grants applications will be reviewed by the Boosters board.
There is $350 per sport per season limit. For any requests beyond this, please contact athleticspms@gmail.com
Grant applicants and recipients should not purchase items in anticipation of reimbursement. Reimbursements will only be made for receipts after approval.
